[s-cars] Question about anti-squeal brake pad paste

Scott,

The paste normally is used on the guide pins and the caliper face. If
you have a felt or other anti-vibration pad in there, keep using it.
The squeal is normally caused by high speed vibration of the pad
backing against the pins themselves.

Cheers

Which pads does it go on? Is it used in lieu of the adhesive backing
on the
pads? Addition to?

TIA,
Scott, squealin' away, Munger
