[s-cars] Front Bumper Removal

That happened to me too at 120. I previously had a
euro bumper that actually locked in the front center
but I switched back to a US bumper to fit my FMIC and
it DOESN't have the same locking tab. To my chagrin,
finding out afterward, there are 2 screws that are
supposed to hold it in place that attach to speed nuts
located on the front crossbrace......
