[s-cars] Factory Radio - Needs to be repaired or replaced

Hi guys - I finally decided that the factory head unit on the 92s4 is not
working correctly due to cutout when turning the volume control and no sound
coming form the right fron speaker.

I'd like to keep the whole thing stock and I'm trying to figure out the best
approach. Should I replace it? Or get it repaired?

If I replace - does the dealer sell this unit? If I repair it, who does this?
Any opinions on the cost/benefit of either solution and sources appreciated.
