Vincent is correct, but, hopefully in the worst case. Audi uses a
vacuum system to actuate flaps. There are usually 4-5 vacuum lines
(one for each set of flaps). When the CC wants a particular
arrangement, it draws vacuum on some and releases on others. These
lines are connected to mechanical vacuum switches which move the flaps
open or closed.

So, you probably have a problem with either a line or a "switch" (as
these are most common). I have seen both. In both cases, the CC did
NOT pull up a code, so, don't always believe the code from the CC. If
you are lucky (I was in my case), one of the hoses detached from a plug
in the driver's footwell. Plug it back in and it is fixed. I would
recommend using Bentley as Vincent said. It will tell you which color
hoses control which flaps. In a friend's case, his mechanical switch
had a small leak, so, it would not maintain vacuum and, would not
close. We had to wrestle for awhile to get it out and replace it.

I would start by tracing things from the driver's footwell and hope
that something dislodged itself. If not, then, as Vincent said, you
may be in for a two day ordeal trying to get at the switch for the
flaps. I hope it goes easily for you!

Cheers,
Brian
