Yup, except for the following...

SGI is Euro bumper only (yes it's true!), so it won't fit on North American cars. Seidl (via Strictly Foreign) is a complete bumper that is way big (think snow plow) and some say not good for lowered cars, it's nice but there are restrictions.

This unit has the following benifits:

1) Updated RS look!
2) Does not lower front, keeps existing bumper clearance (important for lowered cars)
3) Easily adapts to current front bumper (no need to buy whole new bumper!)
4) Specifically Made for North American cars
5) Allows for Front Mount Intercooler (US bumper spec's only)
6) Improved air flow to Intercooler
7) Available with driving light option integrated into mesh
8) Wraps around lower unpainted plastic molding and fits in current grill work
9) Easily installed (do it yourself installation)
10) Available in painted (color match) or non-painted option (lower cost)
11) Will fit 92-94 S4, or 95-97 S6
12) Cheaper to ship (smaller)
13) Keeps existing strength of your current OEM bumper! (no need to complete replace the bumper)

If I really want one out of fiberglass I can get it from sgi-online.de or a complete bumper from estrictlyforeign.com. 488 bucks is a lot for a fiberglass lower insert.

This is a flexi-fiberglass, the exact same stuff used for a lot of styling products on new vehicles.
