This procedure was posted over the winter.  Here is the instructions for you.  A very easy task - 1 minute per headrest.

Press the seat cover down so you can see under the plastic grommet at the
base of each chrome post.  Look in and up, you'll see a black cotter pin on
the post.  Slide each pin off post with small flat head screwdriver or the
like.  IIRC, all 4 slide off toward the same side of car, driver I believe.
Once each clip is removed they slide right out.

Just be careful not to scrape the screw driver on the leather.
