[s-cars] stuck in neverboost - help!

Steve,

Sounds exactly like a bad big pressure hose; check every hose and connection
from the turbo goesoutta to the crossover pipe to the intercooler, all the
way to the intake manifold.  Be thorough and methodical.

Once I had a longitudinal tear in the turbo outlet  hose which only opened
up under boost - took me a silly amount of time to find it, other times
hoses simply blew off.  Each time there was a loss in power and the hiss.
Solution: Samco hoses and zaftig hose clamps.
