[s-cars] stuck in neverboost - help!

This is one of those times when a pressure tester will save you tons of
time. Pressure up the boost tract and you will hear the leaks and be able to
pinpoint them easily. You can look all day for those sneaky leaks that only
really show up on boost but not while you are under the hood looking for
them.

Steve,
Sounds exactly like a bad big pressure hose; check every hose and connection
from the turbo goesoutta to the crossover pipe to the intercooler, all the
way to the intake manifold. Be thorough and methodical.
Once I had a longitudinal tear in the turbo outlet hose which only opened
up under boost - took me a silly amount of time to find it, other times
hoses simply blew off. Each time there was a loss in power and the hiss.
Solution: Samco hoses and zaftig hose clamps.
