After removing the hoses from the turbo, the MAF, the throttle
body, etc. and plugging them, I have not found the leak. The only
things connected to shop air (20 psi) are the turbo pressure hose,
the crossover, the intercooler and the michelin man hose. No leaks.

However, when removing the MAF air hose from the turbo - I did notice
that the small diameter hose attached to the port for the wastegate
bypass was not tightened. It came right off when I removed the air
hose for the MAF. It would have been removed as part of the head
replacement and it appears not to have been retightened.

Could this be my problem?

Steve
