Starting with the '95s the moisture trap was relocated to the ECU area.  I
think it's above and to the right of the ECU as I recall.  The hose was
prone to come off of the trap when it was located in the engine compartment
but I haven't heard of any folks having that problem with the '95 and on
cars.  Though still worth a look.
