[s-cars] RE: [urq] 3b conversion no oil pressure

The block has a one way valve for the gallery going to the cylinder head.
Coincidentally this valve is before the oil pressure sending units.
The valve is easily replaced by removing the oil press sending unit adapter.
I think it's an 8mm 12 point that will remove the actual valve (same tool as
VW CV joint bolts).
