[s-cars] Infrared won't work, tried re progamming to no avail

Be sure your battery is fully charged ( and fully filled with
electrolyte).  Pull the fuse for the system and count to 200, then
reinstall.  The fuse is under the hood, in the bank closest to the
center of the car, about  the third fuse from the driver.  Check your
fuse box cover, however, these cars seem to vary unpredictably.
