[s-cars] Wet driver's foot

Hi Bob;

The plenum chamber containing the heater box (under the black plastic cover
between the firewall and the base of the windshield) has a drain that tends
to plug with leaves and debris. Rainwater flows into this chamber and if it
can't flow out through the drain, it will flow out through the foot well
vents onto, well, your foot. The drain is at the low point near the center
of the chamber under the heater box.

Check it out for pluggage.

HTH

S-car buddies:
After my car has been sitting in the rain when I drive away I'm getting a
shower on my right foot. It's especially annoying when I wear my sandals or
my blue suede shoes. Any similar experiences, especially from you west cost
guys?
Well thank you, thank you very much,
Bob
