Dave,
First, check and see if your electric fan comes on at all when you activate
the A/C.  If not, that resistor is a good place to look.  It is located on the
driver's side, just below the back side of the headlight housing.  It's
usually blue, has 3 posts on it, and is about 6 inches long and shaped like a piece
of angle iron.  It is not a dealer only part, but typically costs near $100.
A while back, someone was listing them on ebay, and no one was bidding.  I
picked a brand new one up for $15.  Might want to check there first.
