Man, them panties are tied in quite the bunch there now?  8-)  Personally,
Huw, I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of those who post here before
listing.  1st right of refusal and all.  Typically the lister would even
point that part out.

Time to invest in a punchingbag or something, maybe???
