Douglas;

You can buy epoxy specifically designed to fix flexible bumper covers. I
have some in the basement for use on various projects - it seems to work
pretty well.

Alas,  new baby bumped chin.

In Minnesnowta, all of the snow banks have turned to cement and I got too
close to one, thereby cracking the underside of my front bumper on the
passenger side. This is on a pristine (er, used to be) 95.5 S6 Avant. The
damage also affected the louvered vent piece that sits on the far passenger
side.

As I understand it, the bumper is a one-piece deal. I am hoping that I can
avoid replacing the bumper itself and have two questions.

1) How big a deal is it to remove the front bumper? Any write-ups on that?
2) Can it be repaired once off? Fiberglass from the inside? Any BTDT's out
there?

As always, all info appreciated.
