[s-cars] AM Hard Start?!

Gentlemen,
	Well over the past 2 weeks I have begun to experience hard starts in the AM.  This weekend I replaced my fuel filter thinking maybe it was getting clogged.  Also had the Fuel pump replaced about 3 mo. ago when I had similar symptoms but the car would not start at all.  These most recent hard starts seems to take about 10 seconds for the car to start and car smells flooded after start.  Once the car is started the car runs perfectly well with no noticeable ignition issues.  Also once the car is warmed up it seems to start just fine also..as I can shut the car off and start her right back up w/ no issues.

Suggestions?
