[s-cars] Steering boost/Servotronic

Actually all the cars have this relay.  It's just in different spots.  For
the '94-'97 cars look in the underhood relay box and pull relay # 16 (see
relay map under the lid).  On the '92-'93 cars it is under the passenger
side of the dash.  I don't have any experience on removing them on the
'92-'93s, but check this post from someone on the q-list that just went
through this for a how-to:

Like was stated below, pulling the relay is much easier and cleaner than
disconnecting and taping up both ends of the connector at the steering rack.
