[s-cars] Flutter under high load, only 23psi boost

I was told a recent story of an AAN head being pulled; steam cleaned w/
plugs (new, less than 5K on them) left in the head while the cleaning was
done. When reassemble the car would not run well. After chasing several
other suspected reasons for the rough running, the "new" plugs were changed
out and the problem apparently solved.

The moral of the experience: the right plugs are (1) critical to proper
operation of these cars; (2) the cars are very sensitive to the plugs used
and their condition; and (3) the plugs themselves seem to be relatively
sensitive to any abuse. Of course YMMV

FYI - I had a dealer install new plugs ended up with a minor hesitation for
20K miles till I figured out it was the plugs ... just because new plugs
(and 30K miles are getting old) are installed doesn't mean it can't be the
plugs.
