[s-cars] fuel gauge fixed

Don't know why, but one time while I was filling up the tank I turned on the
ignition to be able to better see the odometer (S6 has digital odometer).  I
didn't pay attention if the gauge was reading w/ignition on or not, but after I
finished fueling up and started the car I noticed the gauge was extremely
sluggish.  It wasn't until 10 miles or so down the road before the gauge read
finally creeped up to full.  No problems since.
