[s-cars] panel illumination

All of my switch lights that you are referring to are illuminated with or
without the headlights on.  Only one that doesn't seem to light up is the
rear defroster light.  Guess that one is out.  Alarm light flashes though
when armed.  If those lights are similar to the 90 CQ (looks the same from
the outside) then it's an easy fix.  Just get a needle nose pliers or better
yet two small screwdrivers and pry out the switch and replace the bulb.  I
haven't done this on my S6 yet so I'm not sure it's the same.

My guess is that the bulb indicator in the check system is due to the rear
fog.  Again I don't have upgraded lights so no expert here.  I'm sure there
are some out there who will chime in shortly.
