[s-cars] Bilstein rebound damping with H&R V8 springs

I'm planning on installing Bilstein Sports with H&R V8 springs (#29921)
in my '93 S4.  I've heard comments in the past about the Bilsteins not
being stiff enough in rebound with this combination and am wondering if
anyone has had any experience with having Bilstein revalve shocks for
increased rebound damping.  Any comparisons of stock vs. increased
rebound damping with the Bilsteins??  Is there anyone at Bilstein who
knows these cars very well and could recommend a setting?  Is this going
to compromise the ride on poor pavement to any significant degree?
