what help! I thought that russian site was gone and when I got your message,
I spent most of the afternoon reacquainting myself with it (I mean browsing
senselessly - talk about distraction)- to the detriment of what they
actually pay me to do most of the day. Oh well - at least my mortgage banker
had good news - here comes that new garage!

So fellow listers - what are some of your best tips for a new (1.5 car)
garage? I know Lee likes his floor drain, I'd love to heat the floor,
running water, beer fridge is already on the list...
