Lots of storage and a workbench with tool storage at one end.

Lots of lighting. Padded walls (seriously). I mounted exercise mats on both
walls so that when a clueless person whips the door open, it doesn't smash
into either the concrete or stippled plaster wall...

Telephone (speaker for when you have dirty hands...) TV, radio. Light that
switches on automatically when you walk in (auto sensor as part of the Sears
garage door opener), belt drive opener for less noise.
