[s-cars] Oil Pressure / Overfilled?

What is the 'correct' oil pressure at idle cold, at idle warm, and at
running speeds? At cold idle, I'm at over 4bar and warm idle down to 2bar,
running is close to 5bar. Oil was changed at local [BMW/Volvo] wrench, looks
a bit full at dipstick. Maybe I can reach under the belly cover and let some
out with the Fumoto-prolly not tho
