[s-cars] Oil Pressure / Overfilled?

Sounds pretty normal to me..
I normally get about 5bar above 2krpms at hot engine.

Funny, when I changed the oil the other day, (Mobil1 5-40) i pulled just
around 3 liters, (including most of the messy filter oil..) and added
4.5 liter. The change from old to new level on the dipstick, was from
3mm above the 'min' mark, to just below the 'max' mark. How much oil is
it between the two markings? as much as 1.5 liter?
For the record, the car obviously have used about 2.5 litres on
11000kms, (had to add a litre some time ago) is that normal? No colored
fumes, or smell, but my oilcap seeps a bit.. (yes..I'll get a new one.
;o))
Checked the plugs as well, three were a bit under spec, (Nice to know
that little 'trick'!!) but the compartment were still dry and clean,
instead of being oily and messy like before i changed the gasket..
