Sorry, I don't have an A/F gauge....

My car is at the shop today getting a new timing belt, etc.  Maybe I'll have
the guy put a new fuel filter on... Couldn't hurt...

The stumbling at heavy load/high boost _might_ be a fuel issue, could
you check the a/f mixture somehow right before and during the miss?
(Fuel starvation might also result in detonation, and therefore retarded
ignition. Any codes thrown?)
The boost fluctuation is also strange, but could be something related to
the same problem.
