[s-cars] Low boost / Heavy load stumble

Shawn,

Boost will *sometimes* hit 22psi (per MTM 1+ spec) in 2nd gear, but will
usually not get any more than 18-20 in 5th gear.  Car is very quiet making
boost, no air leak sounds, howls, etc.

Hi Ed,

How low is your boost?...Could be the Intercooler to Turbo hose that has a
crack. Any new sounds?
