[s-cars] S-6 battery recommendations

IMHO, The factory Varta battery is the best.  They really last a long time
and fit perfectly.  For these cars, I'd go to the dealer and get the factory
battery (or dealer alternative if you can find one).  The Vartas are nice.

The only other alterative I'd really look at is an Optima.
