[s-cars] One Lapper STILL needs Help: New Phone #

Actually the tap for the bpv is on the other side of
the IM, this one disappears into the firewall.  I'm
thinking it goes to a board that the car is pre-wired
for for the '92 trip computer/boost gauge?  Not sure,
though, never chased it.
