[s-cars] Creaking noise in my front end...

Hello everyone, This is my first post to the S-car list.  I've
been lurking around here for awhile though, reading up and gleaning
knowledge.
Some of you may recognize me as TurboJew on Audiworld :)
A quick description/intro of the car is in order, for starters:

1993 S4
Tornado Red/Black Leather
over 122k miles :)
Bilstein Sport/H&R V8 springs
ASW Stage 1 2.5 bar Chip
Killer Alpine/Infinity/JL Audio stereo :)
And I reprezent Milwaukee, WI (very few UrS-cars 'round here, let alone
modded)

The problem:
Car rides and drives perfect, but there is a groan or creaking noise in
the front suspension when riding over speed bumps, or when exiting
driveways.
This noise first manifested itself about 2 weeks ago.  Any suggestions?
The noise is more pronounced when steering is turned close to either lock,
left or right.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I'm putting
her on the lift this Wednesday to change the oil, install the ECS snub mount
and install new front pads/rotors.
