I don't know if the typical 'glass' shop has the right buffing
wheels, but I do know that the typical watch repair counter does.
Alas, it would take forever with the typical watch repair buffing
wheel... but, obtaining the name of the vendor for the wheel and
the compound they use to buff out watch dials should let you get
a line on where to obtain the wheels & compound yourself, so you
could do it at home on a bench grinder :)
