[s-cars] Suspension bolts rating

I haven't been down there to look at the bolt heads, but it is standard
industry practice for the bolt heads to have the rating on them as a
set of lines or dots and the Germans are notoriously famous for being
sticklers about using ones with ratings readily displayed. Check what's
there and you should know what you need simply by penning down the
existing ratings.
