I posted yesterday that you had to remove the door panels to get to the
screws that secure the trim panel from the back side. This isn't the case.
The 2 screws on the front doors are both visible from the inside of the door
while it is open. The one screw on the rear doors is hidden behind the door
seal at the rear of the doors.
FWIW, you'll probably want to take your door panel off for install anyway,
since the clips are pretty tight, and respond well to a slight push with a
flathead screwdriver from the back side of the door skin. It'll also give
you the chance to fix all those door handles that stick slightly out from PO
and mechanic mess-ups on the door cable attachment... I had 2 out of 4
sticking out.
