[s-cars] Transfer '92 suspension - joys &/or sorrows of riding a bigger bar

My '92 has the OEM rear bar and a 28mm front. This seems to have been
standard on the 92s. I like the whole setup and would be loathe to change
anything on the suspension. I did add a front strut brace and bolted it in
two locations to the firewall for added stiffness.
