[s-cars] Can anyone out there help me aquire this shift knob?

As an aside, I am researching a story for the quattro quarterly
regarding Euro Audi Parts (ecpecially in contrast to BMW & Porsche where
you can get Euro parts from the US dealer network). As part of this, I
want to cover some of the sources (this very list's annual (?) GP,
Alex's Euro Price, etc.). So, please email me some of the better known
euro audi part sources. Not the ones that offer RS2/4 parts and the
like, but rather the ones that offer a larger selection of Euro goodies.
