Do not use anything else but the stock Bosch F5DP0R - this goes double
for chipped cars. Make sure you torque them to 22 lb-ft and check the
torque often (every oil change).

I came across a private site that detailed the re/re of the hoses, but I
can't find it now, maybe another lister has it a their fingertips. The
general consensus is that the turbo to x-over pipe and x-over pipe to
intercooler cannot handle the extra pressure of a chip and should be
upgraded to either Samco or SFS. Also, the clamps should be upgraded
too. I'm not convinced that the stockers cannot handle the extra
pressure IF they are in good condition, as they fail in part by oil from
the turbo deteriorating the inside and plain old age. They are available

"Clamping the blowoff hose..." is new to me, I'm not sure why this is
recommended.

Also, its worth looking at the bypass valve or diverter valve. Some say
that this benefits from a upgrade to a Forge, Bailey or Stratmosphere,

I'll be replacing the spark plugs on my S6. What is the list-preferred
spark plug? I have a Stage I upgrade, if that matters. Otherwise, the
car is stock.

Also, Feico advised that I change to Samco hose between intercooler and
crossover and clamp the blow off hose due to the upgrade to the 3 bar
VMAP. Is there a web site discussing these modifications? Any other
advised modifications to improve reliability? And, where should I buy
the Samco hoses from?

I've made tremendous progress in getting to know this car.
