[s-cars] RF Remote on 95.5 S6A stopping working

Mine has been doing the same thing for the past two months. What I
suspected was a low battery, and indeed, the electrolyte was down by 2.5
inches, roughly. After filling and pulling the relevant fuse to reset
the remote locking, the key worked, but I noticed the battery wasn't
being fully recharged. Unfortunately, my test plan was disrupted by the
rear left interior lamp being accidentally turned on by some hanging
clothes, so I am not sure at the moment whether the battery is operating
normally or not. Time will tell, I guess. However, operating the car
on Thursday the key started working again, and was still working today,
Saturday.

I'd suggest checking your battery for fluid level, and the jump-start
post voltage when the engine is charging the battery (13.6 volts) and
when the engine is off (12.6V).
