S2/S4/S6(AAN/ABY):
In open before  TDC     3degrees
In close after  BDC    25
Ex open before  BDC    42
Ex close before TDC     9

Lift intake=9,5mm and lift ex=8,6mm

RS2(ADU);
In open before  TDC     3
In close after  BDC    25
Ex open before  BDC    42
Ex close before TDC     6

Lift intake=9,5mm and lift ex=9,5mm

170HP( 7A ):
In open before  TDC     6
In close after BDC 38(this will kill torque)
Ex open before  BDC    42
Ex close before TDC     3

Lift intake=10,5mm and lift ex=10,5mm

So the intake cam on the AAN/ADU and ABY is identical, with the RS2 ex-cam
having 1 mm more lift and on the paper no overlap.

with the 7A ex cam there is some overlap since intake opens when exh is
closing(both valves are 1mm open at 3 degr BTDC) and another 1mm is added to
the Ex lift.

I am running stock intake cam and 7A exh, and have at least equal low end
torque compared to a stock RS2 engine. I would reccomend this cam if you are
going to change, since they are a lot cheaper than the RS2 cam
