stock VR6 engine only puts down 140bhp @ wheels versus a 190bhp engine
claim. Even if you chip & tweek the motor to 205bhp the @ wheel figure is
still only 145-150bhp.
The Syncro systems VAG used to use we're even worse with 125-130bhp @ wheels
versus 190bhp @ engine.

Using good bearings, good oil in gearbox & difs, sturdier engine mounts all
make a difference to increase your @wheels figures.
