[s-cars] Paint woes

I'm with Dave on this. To paint a surface, it must be properly prepped. That
means a least scuffing up the surface, usually done with a DA sander. A very
small amount of feathering and the rock chips are gone. If the chips are
still visible, I would be concerned about the surface prep, and thus paint
flaking off in the future. just my $.02
