[s-cars] Paint woes

Dave,

I would love to agree with you but I can't.
That is body work...minor body work yes but body work.

They are only paid to repaint the body, not repair it.

But doing business this way is also very STUPID!
Good customer service (and business) would be to say "hey they
insurance
company won't pay the extra $xxx to repair these chips, would you like
to pay it and have it done now, or just have us paint over them?"

This way the customer is informed, has a choice, and provides the shop
with a little more business.

Just had my car completely repainted, btdt..
