[s-cars] Belly Pan paranoia

They're both the same.  The fender flares don't play a factor in the belly
pan.  The only difference is for diesels which had a different part number
for the main pan and an additional pan going back a little further, but
obviously that's a Europe/Rest of World issue only.  So, for our application
you should be able to make do with one from a 100, S4, A6, or S6.
