[s-cars] Help freeing frozen tie rod adjusters

On my 200, I popped out the tie rod end, then used a good sized pipe wrench,
with sharp teeth, to take the end piece off, then the adjuster rod piece. It
may cut into the adjuster nut face a bit. Once apart, I coated everything
with anti-seize and put it back together. Could almost adjust it by hand
after that.
