[s-cars] snow tires

I just got some hakka 2's with eco studs.  I live in the northeast which is
prone to ice storms and I have a 900 foot long driveway.  I also go skiing
most weekends and snow and ice is all the more reason not to drive two or
more hours to have some fun.  I will report back on noise and grip once I
get them put on.  I had a set of Yoko guardex 720's in the past and they
were decent, way better than aarctic alpine's and better than nrw's
