[s-cars] Brake Upgrade Help Needed. P/n's P/n's P/n's...

Actually, the pad "silencers" (vibration dampers) are not _required_ and in
fact, make pad changes more difficult (if you like to change pads for track vs.
street).  For a strictly street-driven car, they are probably desirable, once
you find a pad you like.
