[s-cars] NAC-lotus Elise at stealership

Speaking of Elise... I saw two Spec-R Elises and a Lotus 340R at Park Place
when I was there for a Porsche Club meet last Friday. I know they drive the
340R on the street here and so I asked owner David Bingham how they get away
with driving it all over the place... His response... "It's amazing what
you can do with a set of dealer plates"... ;^)

Works for me.
