[s-cars] Replaced heater blower fan - the new fan vibrates.....why?

I need your input..

I spent a bout 90 minutes replacing my heater blower fan last night,
got the car back togethre and it worked!, YEA !

Unfortunately I didn't put the fan speed on high when I tested it last
night. This morning I put it on defrost and as the fan speed went
higher a severe vibration showed up. I can't see how I could have done
anything wrong to cause this,am I looking at a defective (out of
balance) fan?
