[s-cars] Replaced heater blower fan - the new fan vibrates.....why?

Thanks for the reply.

The fan was snug as a bug in a rug, but I will check it anyway.

The old motor that came out didn't have the black plastic "sleeve" on
it, I couldn't see one in the housing and the new fan wouldn't go in
with the "sleeve" on so I removed it. Could this be causing a
problem....I can't see how.

I called the supplier about this motor and it looks like they are going
to send me a replacement. I'll get a chance to tear this apart again
and see what went wrong.
