[s-cars] Boost Flutter?

Gents,
	Wanted to see if anyone is experiencing any what I think is WasteGate "flutter" under med to high boost conditions?   Basically when I get on the gas/boost I am getting this both audible sound and can feel flutter.  Can also see it on the Boost Gauge.  It is very audible w/ the windows down and also because of the Dahlback Open Air Intake doesn't hide any of the turbo/BOV sounds the stock Air Box would.  I have heard that this is the poor K24 being pushed way outside of its efficiency range..which isn't surprising...given boost levels of 24 PSI

I currently have my WasteGate with the Stock Spring but at about 8 turns down.  I was considering a stiffer WG Spring but wanted to see if this is the issue or would be just wasting my $$.  Perhaps my WGFV is acting up?
